The Oresteia Project is a workshop performance that places The Oresteia in conversation with feminist theorists (Beauvoir, Irigaray, Butler) who have taken up the play as a source for feminist thought. This workshop performance explores how embodied dramaturgical methods can be brought into a rehearsal process when reinterpreting classic texts alongside theoretical inquiry.
